Kelle Wesson
Kelle Wesson joined GPC staff in October 2006 as the Director of Children’s Ministry. In coordination with the Children’s Education Committee, Kelle is responsible for implementing curriculum for children ages 0-5th grade, teacher training, event planning, as well as caring for kids and teachers. She also coordinates with Renee Citrone, Director of Child Care to insure a safe and loving nursery.
Kelle graduated from Baylor University in 1999, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. She taught in Texas for a short time before moving back to Germantown later that same year. Kelle feels like a native of Germantown. Her family moved here when she was 5years old. She attended Riverdale Elementary and Germantown High School.
Kelle has served in various capacities in Children’s Ministry since 2001. “One of my joys is working with older elementary students as we study the Bible and discuss the impact it has on their lives.” She is excited to be here at GPC. “I know that God has prepared me for this job. He has provided amazing opportunities and mentors along the way. I am looking forward to what He has planned for the Children’s Ministry at GPC.”
Kelle and her husband Dan have a two children, Alana and Jackson; and live in Collierville. They love to be outside playing with their kids. Contact Kelle at kellew@germantownpres.org.
